MesejiMasta provides business messaging automation, merchant operations tools, reporting, and WhatsApp workflow support.

Customers must use the platform for lawful business communication only. Spam, fraud, abuse, unsolicited bulk messaging, or policy-violating content is not allowed.

Payment activates subscription access, but WhatsApp real-send remains gated until readiness validation is completed by admin.

MesejiMasta may suspend or restrict accounts that violate platform rules, payment terms, WhatsApp policies, or operational safety requirements.
